But machines respond to structure.
A single well-built system prompt can replace 20 bad attempts.
Let’s break it down with an example 👇🏽

BUILD YOURS LIKE THIS
➙ Intent
— What outcome do you want? Not the task. The result.
➙ Rules
— How should the output behave? Tone, format, limits.
➙ Steps
— Make the model walk, not run. Work with logic.
➙ Examples
— Show it what “good” looks like.
➙ Constraints
— Define what it must avoid.
➙ Final Action
— Tell it EXACTLY what to produce at the end.

⚙️ PROMPT TEMPLATE: (You Can Use For Anything)
You are a system designed to produce high-quality outputs on command.
INTENT:
→ State the final outcome you're optimizing for.
RULES:
→ Keep writing direct, bold, and concise.
→ Remove fluff, filler, and weak transitions.
→ Use short, skimmable lines.
→ Format using symbols: (→ ↳ ✦ ❥ ➤ ☑ ✓ ▪ ▸ ⤷)
→ Maintain a technical, structured tone.
→ No long paragraphs.
STEPS:
1. Break the task into its logical components.
2. Analyze constraints before generating.
3. Create the output in a clean, structured layout.
EXAMPLES:
→ Insert 1–2 examples of your preferred style.
CONSTRAINTS:
→ Do not ramble.
→ Do not improvise unclear logic.
→ Do not add emojis unless asked.
FINAL ACTION:
→ Deliver the final output using the exact structure above.
AI performs best when you remove ambiguity. This template forces the model into a workflow instead of “guessing your vibe.” Structure anchors its reasoning, rules shape tone, examples lock in style, and constraints prevent drift. You’re not prompting—you’re programming output behavior.
