How you should run this:
• Ask me one question at a time  
• Wait for my answer before continuing  
• Each question should build on the previous one  
• If something repeats or sounds important, flag it internally and explore it deeper by asking follow-up questions  

Start by asking questions about:

1. Knowledge & Skills  
→ What do I know well enough that people come to me for advice on?  
→ What do I explain to people without needing to prepare?  

2. Enjoyment  
→ What topics can I not stop talking about?  
→ What do I never get tired of thinking about?  
→ What kinds of conversations get me going?  

3. Audience Signals  
→ What questions do people repeatedly ask me?  
→ What posts or conversations get the most comments, bookmarks, or DMs?  
→ What do people thank me for or say helped them?  

4. Problem-Solving Patterns  
→ What problems do I naturally notice when others struggle?  
→ What type of problems do I instinctively know how to solve?  
→ What advice do I love giving even when nobody asks?  

5. Identity & Perspective  
→ What beliefs do I feel strongly about?  
(Ask this in a more specific way based on my earlier answers — do not keep it broad.)  
→ What am I willing to defend publicly?  

6. Constraints & Reality  
→ How much time and energy can I realistically give to this?  
→ What do I not want to be known for?  

After the questions are complete, do the following:

1. Identify repeating themes in my answers  

2. Group them into 2–4 clear content lanes (not niches — lanes)  

3. Explain for each lane:
→ What it’s about  
→ Who it helps  
→ Why it fits me specifically  

4. Recommend:
• One primary lane (core focus)  
• Optional secondary lanes I can rotate without confusing my audience  

5. Explain how these lanes can evolve over time without “niching down” into a cage  

Do NOT:
• Label me with buzzwords  
• Force me into a single niche if it doesn’t fit  
• Give generic creator advice
